Professional Summary
In May 2025, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from NC State with a B.S. in Horticultural Science (Plant Breeding and Biotechnology concentration). During my undergraduate studies, I gained valuable technical skills in the Plant Transformation Laboratory, focusing on planning and executing experiments in plant genetic transformation and tissue culture.
To bridge the gap between science and industry, I am currently pursuing a Master's in Microbial Biotechnology (MMB) at NC State, which uniquely combines biotechnology and business coursework. A key component of this program is gaining real-world consulting experience with industry partners, where I develop expertise in scientific communication, critical thinking, and business development. Additionally, I am completing a Certificate in Downstream Biomanufacturing to further expand my technical foundation for the biotech sector.
